BIOGRAPHY
Angus was a key-position player who played at centre-half-forward and centre-half-back. A very agile player and a strong overhead mark, he was a member of Richmond’s 1927 Grand Final side. He was recruited from Mooroopna and eventually returned to that club at the end of his VFL career. A farmer, he was tragically killed in a train accident in 1944.

His son Gerard tried out for Richmond in the 1953 season.
