BIOGRAPHY
Arthur played in the back-pocket. After leaving Richmond he crossed to Fitzroy in April of 1913, where he was a member of their Premiership side that season. . The following season he played one game with Carlton before joining the services. He was killed in France in 1917, whilst on active service during the First World War.
