BIOGRAPHY
Cory was a stocky utility player who played in the Richmond senior team while still a member of the U/19 team ( Thirds ) team. He was a talented player who didn't mind when the going got tough. He was a member of the Victorian Teal Cup team in 1988 and also earned selection in the All-Australian team. He was a member of the U/19 1989 Premiership team and was second in the Reserves Best & Fairest in 1990. Left off the Richmond list at the end of 1990 , he transferred to Western Australia in 1991, and had a successful season with Subiaco , as well as gaining promotion for one game with the West Coast Eagles. He played with VFA club Frankston before returning to his old club Oakleigh, in 1993. In 1994, as captain of Oakleigh he went on to win the VFA '" Liston Trophy " with the last vote of the vote count. Cory played with Queensland club Kedron Grange in 1995.
