BIOGRAPHY
Frank usually played in defence, or as a follower. He was recruited from the local Richmond area and spent one season at Punt Road, before returning to Richmond City. His only senior game was against Footscray in Round 2 of 1938. Frank’s brother, Jack, also played with Richmond.
