BIOGRAPHY
Greg was a ruck-rover who was recruited from Irymple. He had a good football brain and the ability to place himself in the best position to win kicks. Greg was a consistent performer who played well in Richmond’s Finals’ sides of 1971 and 1972. He was Richmond’s best player in the drawn semi-final of 1972 against Carlton and in the best three in the 1971 first semi-final against Collingwood collecting 28 and 23 possessions respectively. He missed the 1972 Grand Final due to illness. His highest individual goal tally was 5 against Footscray in Round 10 of 1972.
