BIOGRAPHY
Harry was a left-footed half-forward-flanker. Recruited from Warragul, he was lightly-built, elusive and knew where the goals were. He was also a pacy player who possessed very good ball skills. His highest individual goal tally was 5 against Essendon in Round 16 of 1931. Harry was a member of Richmond’s 1927, 1928 and 1929 Grand Final sides. He was unfortunate to suffer a leg injury three games into the 1932 season and this eventually cost him a place in the Premiership side. Away from football, Harry worked in the State bank. His father played VFA football with Prahran and Williamstown.
