BIOGRAPHY
Hope was a centre-half-forward who was recruited by Richmond from Nathalia. He played in the first game of 1930, against Collingwood, injured his ankle and didn’t play with Richmond again. He was cleared to Camberwell on 28 April 1931. He played with Camberwell in 1931 and 1932, representing the VFA in 1931. A school teacher he had the nickname “Hop”. He was the brother of Jack Collins.
