BIOGRAPHY
Jack was a rover. He originally started with St Kilda U/18 before crossing to South Melbourne, where he played between 1937and 1939 . He then played with Richmond in 1940 and 1941 and was a member of the 1940 Grand Final team. He then served in the army , during the Second World War, between 1941 and 1945. After the war he spent 1946 with Melbourne, before crossing to Coburg for two seasons. Jack then coached in the country before moving to Sydney. In total his football career lasted some 32 years and during that time he was never involved in a Premiership team.
