BIOGRAPHY
Jack was a full-back and half-back who was recruited from Traralgon. He struggled to establish a regular senior position whilst at Richmond, although he did win the Reserves’ Best and Fairest award in 1949. He played with Richmond between 1947 and 1950 before coaching Maffra, Lemos Rushworth and Donald. He spent the last years of his life playing football and cricket at Donald in northern Victoria. He tragically drowned in Lake Buloke in 1965.
