BIOGRAPHY
Jack was a full-back and centre-half-back. He worked his way up from the Richmond Recruits. Unfortunately he suffered a severe arm injury that forced him to retire at the age of 22. He is the father of Mark Turner who played 35 games for Hawthorn between 1979 and 1983. Jack is also the brother of Brian Turner and now lives in the outer eastern suburbs.
