BIOGRAPHY
Jack was a full-forward and half-forward. Recruited from the local Richmond area, he spent five seasons with Richmond before crossing to Oakleigh where he became a very successful forward. He won Oakleigh’s Goalkicking award three times, with his highest tally being 89, and was a member of two Premiership sides. His best individual goal tally was 12 against Box Hill in 1951. He then coached Canterbury, Brighton and Hawthorn YCW. He has also been involved with the Mitcham Football Club in various capacities. Jack now lives in the eastern suburbs. His son played with Camberwell in the VFA.
