BIOGRAPHY
Justin has played most of his senior football as a forward after he was recruited from the Central Dragons via the 1993 October draft. In 1993, he was selected in the Victorian State League Under/18 Team Of The Year. He made his senior debut against reigning Premiers Essendon at Princes Park in Round 10 of 1994 and acquitted himself very well, kicking 5 goals against 1993 “Brownlow Medallist” Gavin Wanganeen. Justin is skilful and a strong mark, although his accuracy has been a problem in the early part of his career. He is currently one of the many talented Aboriginal players playing in the AFL. In 1995, Justin played only one senior game although he did win the Reserves’ Best and Fairest. He was later swapped to Carlton for Ben Harrison.
