BIOGRAPHY
Len played as a follower or key position defender. He was rugged , hard hitting and one of Richmond's leading players when they joined the VFL in 1908. In 1911 he was captain and also represented Victoria. He originally started with South Melbourne where he played briefly before returning to Mornington. After leaving Richmond, he spent two seasons with Melbourne. In 1913 he turned his hand to umpiring and officiated in several VFL matches. A Blacksmith, he later moved to Brisbane where he became involved in horse racing as a stipendiary racing steward. He was the brother of Matt Incigneri.
