BIOGRAPHY
Ron was a key position player who usually played at either centre-half-forward centre-half-back. He was very consistent, a strong mark and a sure kick. His highest tally of goals at Richmond was 5 against Hawthorn in Round 8 of 1960. He won the Best First Year Player award in 1955 and represented Victoria twice in 1958. After leaving Richmond he played with Wangaratta for three seasons before a leg injury forced him to retire . Ron now lives in Parkdale .
